Position Summary :

Thisposition providesfinancial analysis and reportingas part of theADUSA D&Tfinanceteam supportingD&TADUSAProcurement andour grocery be expected to perform competently in all core finance disciplinesnoted below and could rotate between core finance areas asrequiredbased upon business role requires strong quantitative skills a deep understanding of the P&L and financial principles and the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and actionable way.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities :

Support Budget Forecast and Latest Estimate processes includingpreparingsubmission templates workingwith Finance teams across the Brands andbusiness partnersto ensuretimelysubmissionanduploadinginformation inBPC / SAP

Support month-end closeprocesses includingjournal entry / accrual preparationvariance analysisandreporting for department and leadership review

Manage end-to-end Budget and Forecast process for warehouse inventory working with business unit owners toconsolidatefinancialinputsand present to senior leaders

Serve as lead financial support forin-yearwarehouse inventory management routines including monthly projections reporting and variance analysis

Identifyinsights and suggest actionable recommendationsto support forecast accuracy and budget achievement

Develop standardized templates to ensure an efficient reporting process (tables waterfall graphs trend lines etc.)

Contribute toa strong teamculture by fostering collaboration knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

Lead cross-functional projectsthat drive efficiencies in workflow reportingoroperations

Work on ad-hoc reportingand miscellaneous supply chain projectsasrequired

Abilities : Travel 5%

Education :

Bachelors Degree - Finance Accounting or Related Field

Experience :

3 5yearsof FP&Aaccountingor business-related experience

Core competencies : time management prioritization change managementeffectivecommunication collaboration critical thinking

ProficiencyinExcel(e.g. Lookups Pivot Tablesvisualizations)

Preferred Skills : SAP / BPCPowerBIPowerPoint
