Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Autism Therapy | Fayetteville, NC
BT : $18–$21 / hr | RBT : $22–$27 / hr | Full-Time | In-Clinic
At the Autism Center of Excellence, our technicians help children with autism develop communication, social, and daily living skills through compassionate, evidence-based ABA therapy. You will deliver 1 : 1 therapy, follow treatment plans developed by a BCBA, and participate in paid training, professional development, and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1 : 1 ABA therapy in our Fayetteville clinic
Implement treatment plans and collect accurate session data
Support children in learning new communication and life skills
Participate in paid training, mentorship, and team meetings
Maintain professionalism, reliability, and quality of care
Schedule
Monday–Friday clinic hours : 9 : 00 AM–6 : 00 PM
Full-time availability preferred
Hours vary based on client needs; open availability is helpful
Requirements
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification OR experience working as a Behavior Technician in ABA therapy
High school diploma or GED
Ability to lift 50 lbs and actively participate in play-based sessions
Reliable, professional, and committed to supporting children with autism
Strong communication skills
Ability to match schedule availability with client needs
