LightFeather is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer who will lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of critical web applications and APIs for a federal agency's national registry operations. This role requires expertise in .NET development, Drupal CMS, and API integration, as well as the ability to ensure Section 508 compliance and support mission-critical government web services.
This role provides the opportunity to work on high-impact web applications and APIs that serve the federal financial sector, ensuring secure, accessible, and scalable application solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain .NET applications using C# and .NET Framework 4.8 for registry and financial operations.Maintain and upgrade Drupal CMS, including potential re-platforming to Drupal 12.1.Maintain and enhance SOAP and REST APIs supporting state agency integrations and public registry access.Ensure Section 508 compliance across all web applications and implement accessibility best practices.Implement and maintain Login.gov integration with existing SQL authentication systems.Design and develop custom software solutions for registry data processing and financial tracking operations.Create and maintain API documentation, technical specifications, and development project plans.Apply secure coding practices and coordinate application security reviews with federal partners.Monitor and optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.Required Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship required.Public Trust clearance or ability to obtain.Minimum 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with strong focus on .NET and web technologies.Expert-level proficiency in C#, .NET Framework 4.8, PHP, JavaScript, and SQL.Strong experience with Drupal CMS, IIS configuration, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.Proven experience with SOAP and REST API development, documentation, and integration.Understanding of Section 508 accessibility standards and federal web compliance requirements.Preferred Skills
Experience working with federal agencies or government web application projects.Knowledge of AWS services, Redis, and cloud-based application deployment.Familiarity with Python scripting and automation tools.Experience with MS Access integration and macro development.Why Join LightFeather?
