Overview :

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team, responsible for managing daily financial operations for multiple restaurants. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of daily restaurant financial transactions, accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, financial records, A / P and A / R, and various reports efficiently. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the financial health and accuracy of our restaurant operations.

Responsibilities Include

Bill pays

Entering Invoices

Filing sales tax and mixed beverage tax

Intercompany bank transfers between outlets

Journal entries for accruals, banking transfers, other transactions

Estimated credit card charges

Aging reports

Bill outs for payroll and store level expenses paid by Veneto

Workers compensation report filings

Work directly with teams at each restaurant to resolve accounting issues and improve process.

Qualifications :

Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar financial role.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Experience with R365, Toast, OpenTable, and TripleSeat preferred.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation : $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
