Documentation & Training : Develop Business Process Documents (BPDs), process flow diagrams, and training materials. Train end users on SAP PP / QM processes, APQP / PPAP workflows, and quality management practices. Project Leadership & Support : Lead SAP implementation and upgrade projects, managing timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables. Provide Level 2 / 3 support for complex issues and mentor IT team members. Continuous Improvement : Stay current on SAP S / 4HANA innovations, industry standards, and emerging technologies (IoT, machine learning, advanced analytics). Identify opportunities for predictive quality, optimized scheduling, and enhanced supplier collaboration. Problem Solving : Conduct root cause analyses for recurring issues and design solutions to improve operational efficiency. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (SAP PP / QM / PM certifications preferred). 6+ years of hands-on SAP PP and QM configuration and support, including at least two full implementation cycles. Strong knowledge of manufacturing and quality standards (APQP, PPAP, QIR), ideally within automotive, EV, or related industries. Experience with supplier quality collaboration and EDI integration (highly desirable). Proficiency with SAP S / 4HANA and Fiori apps; deep understanding of cross-module integration (MM, SD, FI / CO, PM / EHS, WM / EWM). Familiarity with SAP BTP, analytics tools, and integration technologies (IDocs, BAPIs, EDI). Knowledge of supplier collaboration platforms (e.g., Ariba) is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated leadership and mentorship ability.

TRC Talent is working alongside a rapidly growing EV battery manufacturer in Byhalia, Mississippi as they are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr SAP Architect!
The SAP Solutions Architect will focus on Production Planning and Quality Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Cloud & Integration : Design and implement secure, compliant, and cost-effective cloud integration solutions; continuously optimize system performance and cost.
- Production Planning (PP) :
o Configure and maintain master data (materials, BOMs, routings, work centers, production versions).
o Implement demand management, MRP, long-term / capacity planning, and production scheduling.
o Manage production orders (creation, release, scheduling, confirmation, settlement).
o Support advanced PP functions (e.g., Kitting, Variant Configuration, Kanban, Batch Management).
o Design and implement inspection processes (incoming, in-process, outgoing).
o Create inspection plans, sampling procedures, and control plans aligned with APQP and PPAP.
o Implement QIR, NCR, and CAPA processes; configure quality notifications and workflows for root cause resolution and prevention.
o Develop EDI integrations and interfaces for exchanging PPAP / APQP documentation and quality reports.
o Establish processes for monitoring supplier performance, managing nonconformances, and coordinating corrective actions.
o Integrate supplier collaboration platforms (e.g., Ariba) with SAP for onboarding, communication, and quality tracking.
