LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a company in Kansas City, MO who is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Temporary Benefits Coordinator to assist our HR team during the open enrollment season. This short-term role is critical in ensuring a smooth and efficient benefits enrollment process for our employees.

Responsibilities :

• Provide administrative support for open enrollment activities, including data entry, employee communications, and documentation.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits plans, enrollment procedures, and deadlines.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating benefits meetings, webinars, and Q&A sessions.
• Review and process benefits elections and changes in the HRIS system.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, and benefits vendors to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive employee information.

Qualifications :

Pay Details : $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
