In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that’s all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Remarkable Guest Service : Greet guests promptly, courteously, and with genuine warmth.
  • Dining Room Excellence : Maintain a clean, inviting, and well-stocked dining area at all times.
  • Table Service : Anticipate guest needs, refresh beverages, and offer assistance before being asked.
  • Customer Interaction : Engage in friendly conversations and build positive connections with guests.
  • Problem Resolution : Handle guest concerns with empathy and efficiency, following Chick-fil-A standards.
  • Team Collaboration : Support coworkers in front and back of house to ensure smooth operations.
  • Brand Ambassadorship : Represent Chick-fil-A’s values both in and outside of the restaurant.

Qualifications

  • Passion for serving others with excellence.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance.
  • Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and Saturdays.
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
  • Physical Requirements

  • Stand for extended periods of time.
  • Lift up to 35 pounds.
  • Move quickly and safely in a fast-paced environment.
