About the Role

The primary focus of the role will be on document management and service transfer processing. Experience with Black Knight / ICE MSP would be preferrable; the role will also heavily utilize SharePoint and Teams. The role will, at times, require interacting with other business units to gain understanding of data present in the loan population and to help leadership identify opportunities for corrections or improvements to documentation. The role may be asked to support audit requests. The candidate should have strong writing skills, advanced skills with Excel, and be knowledgeable with mortgage terms and regulations. Spearheads and champions the optimization of workflow and processes for bank business unit(s). Responsible for identifying and documenting business unit requirements, investigating business unit systems, identifying options for improving business unit systems and bridging the needs of the business unit with the use of information technology. Provides a strong link between the business unit and information technology to understand the structure, policies, and operations of an organization, and to recommend solutions that enable the organization as a whole to achieve its goals.

  • Collaborates with stakeholders and subject matter experts to document, communicate, validate, and refine necessary requirements and make recommendations based on product vision and market requirements, research data and organizational goals.
  • Elicits information and ideas from subject matter experts, business owners, vendors, and others regarding existing and proposed business systems.
  • Researches and interpret complex and sometimes competing business need and translates into application and operational requirements.
  • Assists with business base development during the project initiate phase.
  • Assists in integration and user acceptance testing of new or revised workflows, processes, and / or systems.
  • Supports the development of training, as well as implementation and post-implementation material.
  • Serves as a liaison between business units and Technology Advancement Group through which requirements flow.

About You :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, business systems or equivalent required.
  • Master’s Degree preferred.
  • 4-7 years of relevant business analyst and / or project management and / or operations experience related to the assigned business unit function required.
  • Advanced business operations abilities, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced data analysis skills including project management and / or operations.
  • Knowledge of banking policies, procedures, practices, and documentation.
  • Advanced knowledge of development concepts and practices, potential applications, and customer requirements.
  • Advanced project management skills.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and vendor relationships.
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company to manage customer relationships. Experience consulting with high-level managers and executives preferred.
