Role Description

This is a part or full-time on-site role for a Mental Health Therapist located in Draper, UT. The Mental Health Therapist will be responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions with individuals, families, and groups, providing case management and crisis intervention services, and maintaining accurate and timely documentation. The therapist will work collaboratively with other professionals to provide comprehensive care, support clients in achieving their mental health goals, and participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Qualifications

• Experience in Treatment Planning and developing individualized care plans
• Expertise in Mental Health services and therapeutic interventions
• Ability to conduct Individual and Family Therapy counseling sessions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Licensed as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent in Utah
• Experience in providing therapy in a clinical setting is a plus
