Handle mid-market accounts with a focus on construction-related accounts. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Licenses / Certifications : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience : Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry. Soft Skills : Self-motivated and driven to succeed. Ambitious with a desire for professional growth. Team-oriented with excellent communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative II to join a dynamic and team-oriented environment. This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced insurance professional to support account executives account managers and producers in servicing client needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property and casualty insurance a passion for delivering exceptional service and a desire to grow within the organization.
Compensation Package
- Salary : $55000 - $65000 annually commensurate with experience.
