Senior Project Manager - Water / Wastewater Services El Paso TX

Our client currently has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager with previous experience managing Water and Wastewater projects to join our West Central group. In this position, you will be the main point of contact for planning and design of drinking water, wastewater treatment, pump station, conveyance, and water resources projects in the greater El Paso area and assist with business development activities. Our client has been providing services to the El Paso market for over 25 years and has a full-service office with 8 employees. Our services have spanned the areas of water resources, modeling, master planning studies, design and construction administration of drinking water, wastewater, water resources, and storm water facilities.

As a member of this team, you would contribute to our client's mission by :

• Managing and serving as the Senior Project Manager on major area El Paso water & wastewater projects.
• Providing technical guidance, leadership, and mentoring engineering staff to enhance our water services design capabilities.
• Being responsible for scope, schedule, budget development, monitoring and adherence for projects managed.
• Completing Quality Assurance / Quality Control of key deliverables and assisting on projects managed by others in the office.
• Assisting Client Service Leaders with technical marketing meeting clients in the El Paso region.
• Participation in professional societies relevant to the industry.
• Building and maintaining positive working relationships with key decision makers in our clients’ organization
