Day to day as a Client Service Associate

As a new Client Service Associate at Trust Point Inc., you can expect a dynamic workday filled with engaging activities. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to client inquiries, assisting with account management, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. You will be trained to resolve concerns efficiently while fostering strong relationships with clients.

Your daily schedule will be from Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, allowing you to effectively manage your time and responsibilities. You’ll collaborate with team members to share insights and updates, ensuring a cohesive approach to client service. Additionally, you will have opportunities for ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and contribute meaningfully to the team.
