About The Role

The Activation Specialist is responsible for ensuring a successful onboarding and verification process for clients. This role has a direct impact on the immediate value delivered to clients and serves as a key driver of long-term client retention.

The Activation Specialist regularly interacts with clients as well as nearly all internal teams to successfully launch and manage client services. This requires clear communication, professional presentation, and the ability to balance efficiency with quality.

The ideal candidate has experience providing exceptional customer service, delivering projects on time, and holding clients accountable when needed. They must be able to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include onboarding clients to the lead management platform, launching referral campaign sequences, and completing administrative tasks that support the Campaign Manager and ensure an effective campaign launch.

Responsabilities

• Deliver world-class customer support throughout the onboarding phase of the client journey.
• Provide administrative and technical support to Campaign Managers and clients during onboarding.
• Relentlessly follow up with clients to gather necessary information and assets for initial campaign setup and ongoing success.
• Perform live walkthroughs with clients to complete video verification.
