ThinkTell Junction We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the planning coordination and execution of various events. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the events industry while working closely with experienced professionals leading the events from conception to completion
Responsibilities :
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events from inception through execution.
- Manage logistics including venue selection catering transportation and accommodations.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
- Help create and maintain event schedules and timelines to ensure all tasks are completed on time.
- Support the marketing team with promotional materials and communications related to events.
- Assist with registration check-in processes and response management before and during events.
