What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with customers to understand their goals and design improvements that make a real difference.
- Use cutting-edge proprietary design software to create and implement solutions.
- Manage requests from concept to completion, ensuring seamless execution in the field.
- Split your time between engaging with customers (40%) and applying your design expertise in the office (60%).
- Apply your electrical knowledge to design systems involving transformers, conductors, and distribution networks.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology (EET, MET, CET).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Professional communication and presentation abilities.A passion for working within a large utility environment.Previous experience in distribution design is a plus—but not required.Why You’ll Love It Here

This is a Permanent position based out of Fort Wayne, IN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.50 / hr.
