Technical Delivery Lead

Role

As Technical Delivery Lead, you'll manage software projects from concept to launch, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality delivery. Your expertise will drive Agile improvements and transformational change across the delivery process.

Skills & Experience

• Qualifications : Tertiary degree in business or IT.
• Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Interpersonal Skills : Strong relationship management and interpersonal abilities.
• Technical Expertise : Proven experience with relevant IT technologies, system design, and infrastructure.
• SDLC & IT Practices : Experience across all SDLC phases and applying IT Service Management practices (, ITIL, DevOps).
• Agile Methodologies : Extensive experience leading agile teams with a deep understanding of agile frameworks.
• Project Management : Strong project management skills with experience managing complex software engineering projects.
• Stakeholder Management : Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and manage technical workshops.
• Solution Design & Integration : Experience in designing, building, testing application enhancements, and defining integration capabilities.
