Position Overview
As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for administering Kiewit’s quality plan at the management level, ensuring that quality standards and procedures are effectively disseminated and implemented across all phases of project execution. Your role will include performing and reporting on internal quality system audits and supporting the administration of internal audit programs related to quality assurance.
This position is embedded within a dynamic environment where strategic infrastructure initiatives are underway across Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi. These projects support the development of AI data centers, enhance energy reliability, and promote community resilience. You will work in close collaboration with both the Infrastructure and Power groups, with a shared focus on utility infrastructure development.
Your leadership in quality management will be essential to ensuring that these high-impact projects meet rigorous standards, align with strategic goals, and deliver reliable, future-ready infrastructure across the South-Central region.
District Overview
Kiewit's South-Central District is one of Kiewit's leading infrastructure districts specializing in heavy civil, transportation, and water resource markets. Projects you could be working on could include mass grading, drainage, paving, utility and more. Although most of our work is regionally based in the south-central region of the United States, we also pursue various projects stretching across the United States. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about infrastructure and committed to the construction industry as opposed to design.
