Clear communicator who is adaptable and receptive to coaching. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation; U.S. work authorization required. Spanish language skills are advantageous. Engagement is on a 1099 contractor basis with commission-only pay, paid training, and performance-based bonuses. Typical on-target earnings are $50,000 to $90,000 annually, dependent on territory and outcomes.
Role summary : Drive B2B SMB sales through routed warm meetings and targeted outreach. Use established talk tracks and proposal templates to shorten the sales cycle, close deals, and ensure smooth transitions to implementation and early adoption.
- Schedule and manage quality meetings (routed and self-sourced) with owners and decision-makers.
- Lead discovery conversations, develop proposals, negotiate, and close efficiently.
- Maintain roughly 3x pipeline coverage and record activities and next steps the same day.
- Coordinate clean installs / activations and verify early-adoption KPIs.
- Contribute 2–3 actionable learnings weekly to refine offers and messaging.
