Salary : $60,000 to $80,000 OTE
While many companies are replacing BDRs with AI, we are doubling down on building genuine and authentic relationships. And contrary to the old churn and burn numbers game, this BDR position is focused on quality over quantity. We are looking for an experienced outbound hero that can identify prospects that match our ICP and be the facilitator of new relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach. Identify and reach out to potential prospects within Sawtooths ICP, using tools like LinkedIn, HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, and other tools.
- Facilitate Relationships. Build trust with prospects through personalized, helpful, and valuable messaging and follow-ups.
- Schedule Demos and Handoffs. Coordinate meetings between qualified prospects and our sales team. Prepare internal teams with thorough notes and ensure a seamless transition.
- Lead Management and Reporting. Maintain accurate records in our CRM, track performance metrics, report weekly / monthly results to stakeholders, and identify process improvements to help refine our leadgeneration playbook.
Qualifications
23 years of experience as a Business or Sales Development Representative in a B2B software environment, with consistent attainment of pipeline / meeting goals.Demonstrated ability to research, prospect and engage leads through multiple channelsemail, phone and social selling.Experience using CRMs and salesengagement platforms (HubSpot experience is a plus).Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable speaking with executives, researchers, and academics.Curiosity about market research; eagerness to become educated in survey research, Conjoint Analysis, MaxDiff, and other research methods.Preferences
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, statistics or related fieldExperience with HubSpotDemonstrated ability working with AI tools (ChatGPT, N8N, Perplexity, etc)About Us
