Job Summary

The Nursing Assistant (NA) plays a vital role in providing compassionate care to our residents in long-term care. You will deliver personalized nursing support and assistance with daily living activities under the guidance of a registered nurse (RN). Your responsibilities will include :

• Providing age-appropriate care according to resident needs and care plans.
• Assisting residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Monitoring vital signs and documenting care activities.
• Supporting residents during transfers and mobility, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Creating a positive dining experience by assisting with meals and snacks.
• Engaging residents in wellness and recreational programs to encourage participation.
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in resident living areas and assisting with laundry services.
• Collaborating with nursing staff to communicate changes in resident conditions.
