Consistently to provide exceptional guest service and enthusiastically create an unforgettable experience through personal interactions with our guests.

GOLDFISH BRAND AMBASSADOR and PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE :

Become knowledgeable of the Goldfish Swim School Brand and able to persuade and influence action from the customers by understanding their needs and articulating product benefits.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR BUSINESS RESULTS :

Contribute to the success of the store by driving specific business metrics

FRIENDSHIP and COLLABORATION :

Build friendships based on collaboration, integrity, compassion, and trust to create a great place to work that is reflected by the exceptional guest service.

INITIATIVE and JUDGEMENT :

Participate and / or initiate special duties and projects to enhance operational efficiency and improve the guests’ experience.

WHAT MAKES YOU PERFECT FOR THIS POSITION?

• Must be at least 18 years of age with authorization to work in the U.S.
• Must have the ability to move swiftly throughout crowded facility during peak hours
• Must have the capability to positively engage customer at a high-volume store with a diverse customer base
• Available to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business including mornings, evenings, weekends, and call-in shifts (if permitted)
• No retail experience is required, is preferred.
