In office position. NO remote or Hybrid.

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager / Supervisor to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, you will assist the Controller in managing the organization’s financial operations and ensuring accurate reporting and compliance. Your expertise will contribute to the financial stability and strategic planning of the company.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage month-end close processes, including reconciling accounts and reviewing journal entries.
  • Maintain and monitor the general ledger, ensuring all entries are properly recorded.
  • Conduct account reconciliations to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
  • Assist in the creation and management of budgets, providing insights to support financial planning.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements across financial processes.
  • Collaborate with the Controller to develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
  • Provide detailed financial reports and recommendations to support organizational decision-making.
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff at the entry level to ensure strong team performance.
  • Support audits and ensure timely responses to audit inquiries.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management roles.
  • Proficiency in month-end close procedures, including account reconciliations and journal entries.
  • Strong knowledge of general ledger management and financial statement preparation.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and manage budgets effectively.
  • Experience with internal controls and regulatory compliance in financial processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address financial discrepancies.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
