Colorado PACE has an immediate opening for a Center Director based out of Greeley, Colorado.

Location : 1900 16th Street, Greeley, CO

Status : Full-time

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8-5

Annual Pay Range : $109,553 - $128,710

Mileage and Expense Reimbursement : Sixty-two and a half cents per mile one of the highest in the industry! Relocation Reimbursement.

Rewarding Work You Will Do :

The purpose of this position is to oversee and administer the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) Center. This includes all-inclusive aspects which consist of a primary care medical clinic, 24-hour care delivery, preventive services, a provider network, therapeutic and social services, a day health center, home care, transportation and performance improvement activities. Duties include ensuring compliance with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services' (CMS) and Colorado state PACE guidelines.
