The Role :
The primary focus of this role is creating and providing opportunities for all full PGA Members to access relevant training and education which is reflective of the knowledge and skills demanded by the various roles that they undertake within the golf industry and overseeing the process of recognising, accrediting and recording the personal development of each PGA Member. The role includes :
Role Requirements : Education / Qualifications / Key Competences / Personal Profile :
Web design and build, evaluating teaching materials, knowledge of golf and the roles of Members
Essential competencies include : communication and presentation skills, some knowledge and understanding of the structure and business of golf; Ability to motivate and delegate; Planning and Organising; Managing multiple projects to strict deadlines.
