At  Ascend Therapy Services , we are dedicated to delivering personalized and compassionate mobile occupational therapy services to individuals in their homes and other community settings. We are a small, growing mobile practice with a deep commitment to our clients and a strong belief in a flexible, supportive work environment for our team.

Position Overview

We are seeking passionate and skilled Occupational Therapists and COTAs to join our dynamic mobile practice in either King County, Pierce County, or both. As a mobile OT practitioner, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, providing hands-on therapy to aging adults in their homes and in community environments. Your work will focus on promoting independence, safety, functional mobility, and quality of life for your clients.

We are looking for :

A  Full-Time or Part Time Occupational Therapist or COTA  who :

• is passionate about providing therapy to older adults and increasing quality of life
• is motivated to continuously learn and expand their skill set
• is dedicated to delivering individualized care in a one-on-one setting
• is collaborative and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team
• is looking for a flexible schedule that allows for a healthy work-life balance
• has an active and unrestricted Occupational Therapist license in Washington State
• has excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with clients, families, and the healthcare team
• has the ability to work independently with confidence, as well as collaborate as part of a supportive team
• has strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to manage a mobile schedule
• is willing to work in South King County, North Pierce County, or both pending your location (mobile service)
