• The role As the Client Services Director, you will lead business development efforts across the US with an aim of bringing new clients from across the pharma sector.
• You will be the face of the business for designated key client accounts, and you will be accountable for driving the growth and commercial success of these accounts.
• Your passion for delivering a great customer experience will drive you to excel in areas such as revenue generation, account growth and client satisfaction.
• Coupled with your expertise in delivering primary research projects, your credibility and professionalism will have clients refer you to colleagues and help you grow accounts!
• As a senior member of the team, you will be a mentor and guide for the team in networking and sales activity.
