Instrumentation and Controls Estimator

A company is looking for an Estimator - Instrumentation and Controls.

Key Responsibilities

Create accurate cost estimates for municipal water / wastewater projects related to process and electrical controls

Understand technical aspects (PLC, SCADA, P&IDs) and business aspects (estimating, proposals, budgets)

Occasionally travel for bid walk-throughs or client meetings

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in electrical controls design / startup

Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) background, including sizing and integrating instrumentation

Estimating / project costing experience with the ability to create accurate bids

Knowledge of PLC / SCADA systems and ability to read P&ID drawings

BS in Electrical Engineering preferred, but strong experience may substitute
