A company is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to provide HR programs, services, and support to employees in the Division of IT.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general office duties and transactional support for HR operations
Ensure compliance with state and federal laws, as well as university policies and procedures
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related business field, or equivalent education and experience
Experience in at least one HR program such as recruitment, job analysis, or employee relations
Ability to manage sensitive information professionally
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
Exceptional customer service skills and ability to interact respectfully in a diverse environment
