Overview

Join a dynamic neurology team providing patient-centered care in a full-service acute care setting. This role offers flexibility with day or night 12-hour shifts, opportunities for professional growth, and comprehensive support for RNs at all experience levels.

Responsibilities

Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, reporting changes promptly

Administer medications, monitor therapeutic responses, and respond to adverse events

Perform procedures and clinical monitoring per provider orders

Document all care and interventions thoroughly in the patients medical record

Educate patients, families, and caregivers on conditions, treatments, medications, and follow-up care

Anticipate and respond to patient needs to ensure high-quality care

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications

Required :

1 year of RN experience in any setting (Home Health, LTAC, Skilled Nursing, Outpatient Rehab, Corrections; acute care not required)

Florida RN license or approved multistate RN license (Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain Florida license)

Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma

Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of hire

Preferred :

Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN)

Experience in neurology or neuroscience care settings

Strong communication and patient education skills

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly pay : $30.69-$43.20 based on experience

Shift Differentials : Nights $4.25 / hr; Weekends $3.00 / hr

Sign-On Bonus : $15k for Day Shifts; $25k for Night Shifts
