As the Wellness Guide, you'll be the welcoming face of our club, delivering world-class hospitality and guiding guests through transformative experiences. You'll curate memorable moments by recommending treatments, memberships, and services tailored to each guest's unique wellness goals. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for hospitality, a love for wellness, and a knack for building genuine connections.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Hospitality + Concierge Excellence :

• Be the first and last point of contact, creating a lasting positive impression with warmth and professionalism.
• Greet and check in guests, manage reservations, and provide seamless scheduling for treatments and experiences.
• Offer knowledgeable recommendations on Remedy Place services, memberships, retail items, and Food and Beverage options to enhance each visit.
• Lead personalized tours of the club, showcasing our unique offerings.
• Handle phone and text inquiries promptly, providing expert answers about services, memberships, and club amenities.
