A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Talent Acquisition Associate. Position Type : Full-Time, Contract to Hire Duration : 3 months Location : Englewood, CO- 80112 (Onsite) As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will :

• Work with assigned locations to review applications of employment, contact qualified candidates to complete required questionnaires, and schedule candidates for on-site interviews
• Lead sourcing initiatives for assigned locations to drive the types of applicants who turn into hires
• Support recruiting related projects with the business
• Maintain a working knowledge of HR policies and procedures to be able to communicate with departments on HR and company initiatives, particularly those related to recruiting
• Exceptional customer service both internally and externally through strong communication skills, follow through, prioritization and sense of urgency
• Reporting and projects as assigned

Pay Range : $30-$34 per hour
