Were seeking a strategic ambitious media buying leader to own our paid media engine across every channel. Youll have the autonomy to architect and scale a media strategy across Meta Google Amazon TikTok CTV streaming podcasts and whatever platform comes next. Key Responsibilities :

• Paid Media Strategy & Execution :
• Develop and execute multiplatform paid media strategies (Meta Google Amazon TikTok etc.).
• Test and scale emerging channels to drive growth and engagement.
• Run brand awareness campaigns on TV CTV podcasts and streaming measuring impact on sales and brand.
• Set and optimize channel KPIs to hit performance targets.
• Analytics Reporting & Attribution :
• Use multi-touch attribution tools (e.g. Northbeam) to evaluate campaigns tracking ROI and brand metrics.
• Translate data into actionable insights to optimize spend and strategy.
• Deliver clear actionable reports to leadership.
• Innovation & Testing :
• Stay current on paid media social advertising and attribution trends to keep the brand competitive.
• Test and optimize new channels and formats to expand reach and engagement.
