HR Intern

Position Summary

This intern position will support the Human Resources (HR) function with day-to-day administrative support and entry-level HR work to help drive efficiency and provide exceptional client service. This position will have the opportunity to work across multiple HR areas and will be an important part of supporting our companys day-to-day HR needs.

What will your job entail

Job Responsibilities :

• Maintain I-9s.
• Maintain employment files (active and terminated) to ensure all necessary documents are included and records accuracy.
• Administrative tasks like filing copying preparing documents updating materials / presentations.
• Process post- Employment Background checks.
• Respond to verifications of employment.
• Order company credit cards.
• Assist with employee events and activities (Holiday Party Employee Recognition Wellness etc.).
• Assist with merger and acquisition activities.
• Assist with special HR projects.
• Other relevant duties as assigned.

The target hourly rate range for this position is - per hour.

The wage range for this role considers many factors such as training transferable skills work experience licensure and certification business needs and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
