This role demands a proven leader with a strong background in IT, particularly in the areas of cloud transformation, platform engineering, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems. The successful candidate will oversee the development and implementation of scalable platforms, ensure system resilience, and identify opportunities for AI, machine learning, and automation to improve various business processes. Applicants for the CTO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years of progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 7 years in senior executive roles. Deep experience in insurance, financial services, or highly regulated industries is preferred. The role requires a leader who can balance innovation with operational excellence, guide multidisciplinary teams, and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Technical knowledge in areas such as cloud adoption, DevOps automation, and experience with enterprise architecture, software engineering, and operations is essential.
