Our client, a reputable organization in the professional services industry, is seeking a receptionist to join their team. As a receptionist, you will be part of the administrative support team supporting office operations and client interactions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and strong organizational abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range : $20

Shift : M-F (08 : 00 AM - 05 : 00 PM)

What's the Job?

• Greet and direct all visitors and applicants in a professional, welcoming manner.
• Maintain a positive, customer-service-focused attitude while interacting with diverse personalities in a front-facing role.
• Order caf and office supplies; assist teams with catering needs as requested.
• Manage conference room reservations and conduct regular office walkthroughs to identify and address needs.
• Keep managers, clients, and internal stakeholders informed according to their information requirements.
