Northmarq is looking for a Supervisor, New Loan Onboarding & Admin to join its Servicing department in the Minneapolis (Bloomington, MN) headquarters office. This position has oversight of two critical teams within the Loan Operations team : the New Loan Onboarding staff ensures that loans are properly established in recordkeeping systems, and the Admin Support team ensures that borrower and lender requests are promptly addressed. - Provide ongoing support and guidance to team members, helping them manage competing priorities, deadlines, and challenging workloads effectively.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of documentation related to loan onboarding and admin processes, ensuring that procedures are well-documented and align with industry best practices.
- Professional development of team staff by creating and implementing targeted training initiatives, workshops, and skill-building programs to enhance their expertise in commercial real estate and loan terminology.
- Ensure accuracy of inputs and effective Quality Control processes for key functions of teams
New Loan Onboarding Oversight
Lead and manage the New Loan Onboarding Team, ensuring a seamless and efficient integration process for new loans into the organization's servicing platform.Continuously assess and enhance the new loan onboarding process based on feedback, industry best practices, and technological advancements to optimize efficiency and compliance.Field any issues that arise between our Servicing team, Brokerage staff and Salesforce Information Technology team relating to the onboarding of production loans.Acquisition and Transfer Out Oversight
Manage and oversee the loan acquisition process, serving as the key liaison between internal business units and external servicers to ensure a seamless and efficient transition of loans.Coordinate the organization and secure movement of loan documentation inside and outside of the company.Facilitate the gathering and distribution of loan documentation and data in the instance of a transfer out.Admin Support Oversight
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the administrative support team, ensuring tasks are prioritized and completed in a timely manner.Implement and optimize workflow processes to enhance team efficiency.Maintain strong communication channels with vendors providing satisfaction-related services, ensuring alignment with contractual agreements and service level expectations.Monitor the quality of administrative support services provided by the team.Continuous Improvement
Leverage technology and data management teams to enhance and automate onboarding processes, minimizing manual tasks and improving overall efficiency.Collaborate with other departments to implement improvements and promote a culture of cross functional understanding.Personal Development
Collaborate as a member of the Operations Leadership Team to ensure that processes are optimized and resources are fully utilized across Servicing Operations.Maintain a high level of commercial real estate loan expertise, with a strong understanding of commercial real estate terminology.Work collaboratively with other Servicing and Production personnel on projects and to resolve issues. Demonstrate leadership both within the team and the Servicing Department.Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided to all customers, internally and externally.Support team members and confidently perform / lead other reasonable tasks / projects that utilize experience and expertise.What We're Looking For :
