Now Hiring : Experienced Event Setup Crew Members

Pay : $17–$20 / hr (based on experience)

Based in Largo, FL — Serving events across the Tampa Bay area

Start Date : September 2025 (Apply now to be considered early!)

At Gabro Event Services , we specialize in high-end event rentals and full-service setups for corporate galas, weddings, school functions, and more. We pride ourselves on creating unforgettable event experiences with precision, professionalism, and heart.

We’re expanding our warehouse and setup crew and are looking for experienced team members who know how to handle :

Pipe and drape

Staging and risers

Lounge furniture layouts

Tent setup and breakdown

Timely deliveries and pickups

High standards for cleanliness and presentation

Requirements :

• Prior experience in event setups or related warehouse / logistics work
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work flexible hours (early mornings, evenings, weekends)
• Reliable transportation to and from our Largo warehouse
• Punctual, professional, and a strong team player
