Salary and Benefits

• Annual compensation range : $148627.20 to $168553.60
• $5000 annual company credit card for licensing DEA CE and equipment
• Access bonus of $12400 / year (paid biweekly) for meeting 9-patient per clinic target
• Additional bonus potential up to $44000 / year for higher patient volumes
• Sign-on / Retention (if partnership eligible) : $25000 sign-on $12500 in year 2 $12500 in year 3
• Sign-on / Retention (if not partnership eligible) : $12500 sign-on $6250 in year 2 $6250 in year 3
• $10000 relocation reimbursement
• Additional $10000 relocation for parent or in-law
• 29 days of paid time off (includes CME holidays sick time)
• Benefits begin the first of the month following start date

• Strong mentorship and onboarding (6-month program)
• Loan repayment options through NHSC and other federal programs offering between $75000 and $300000 with a two- to five-year service commitment
