Role
Design the next chapter of the fast-growing fashion brand, Baltic Born. We're searching for a Senior Graphic Designer with elevated design taste, and a track record of creating visuals that convert. You understand the pace of e-commerce and how to balance elevated brand storytelling with performance-driven creative. You'll lead the visual expression of Baltic Born across email, website, app, paid media, retail experiences, promotions and brand campaigns, shaping our visual identity across every touchpoint and ensuring the brand remains culturally relevant, competitive, and unmistakably ours.
Responsibilities
- Design of conversion-optimized assets across email campaigns, paid ads, social, website experiences, landing pages, and seasonal promotions
- Design branded environments for retail activations, pop-ups, signage, and in-store visual merchandising
- Establish and maintain scalable design systems, templates, and visual frameworks that ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
- Partner closely with Marketing and Merchandising to concept and execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling initiatives
- Create compelling launch assets for new product drops, including collection graphics, onsite merchandising, and go-to-market campaigns
- Translate merchandising strategies into visually engaging product presentations that elevate positioning and drive sales
- Develop creative variations for A / B testing across ads and email, applying performance insights to optimize design decisions
- Support photography art direction, shoot styling, and post-production layouts to ensure cohesive visual narratives
- Own and evolve brand guidelines as the company scales, ensuring visual identity stays fresh, cohesive, and on-strategy
- Lead projects including brand refreshes, style guides, retail, and experiential activations
- Stay ahead of fashion trends, cultural moments, and competitive landscape to inform strategic creative direction
- Mentor marketing team in design and collaborate cross-functionally to elevate the quality of creative output
Requirements
6+ years of graphic design experience with fashion, e-commerce, retail, or lifestyle brandsPortfolio demonstrating mastery across digital and print : email, performance ads, web design, merchandising creative, and brand identity systemsExpert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and modern design toolsDeep understanding of brand strategy, typography, color theory, layout principles, and scalable design systemsProven ability to design with performance in mind, understanding how creative drives CTR, CVR, engagement, and revenueStrong art direction and merchandising sensibility with the ability to present product in a way that resonates and sellsExcellent communication and collaboration skills; able to articulate design rationale and lead creative discussionsHighly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentAbility to prepare production-ready files for digital and print executionUnderstanding of UX / UI principles and web and app best practicesBonus : These are not required but will set you apart :
