TITLE : IT Business Analyst / Product Owner

LOCATION : Hybrid : Lincolnshire (Chicago)

PAY : Target pay for this role is between $115k and $140k per year

ENGAGEMENT TYPE : Direct Hire

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

The Business Analyst will gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications, manage implementation, and track project progress while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in business analysis, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, product development and project management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Confluence, Jira, + collaboration tools
  • Experience with business analysis tools and techniques
  • Analytical thinker with problem solving skills
  • Experience with loyalty Programs is a BIG plus
