As the EHS Manager , youll play a pivotal role in ensuring our state-of-the-art Austin facility operates safely, sustainably, and in full compliance with environmental and occupational regulations. What Youll Do

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive EHS programs to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, TCEQ, and relevant industry standards including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Conduct workplace safety training, risk assessments, hazard analyses, and internal EHS audits.
• Lead incident and accident investigations, root-cause analysis, and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage hazardous materials handling, chemical control, waste disposal, and environmental reporting.
• Oversee environmental programs such as air permitting, stormwater, waste minimization, and sustainability initiatives.
• Champion a proactive safety culture through coaching, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop and maintain emergency response plans, conduct drills, and ensure crisis preparedness for the entire facility.
• Partner with production, operations, facilities, and engineering teams to integrate safety considerations into equipment, processes, and new projects.
• Track and report EHS performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement in safety and environmental stewardship.
