What You Will Do :

  • Secure large group business by prospecting new clients nurturing existing relationships and aligning sales efforts with the hotels business plan.
  • Represent the hotel at tradeshows client events and brand forums to grow visibility and strengthen key partnerships (travel required).
  • Develop tailored proposals and negotiate contracts that drive revenue meet volume patterns and support long-term success.
  • Stay active in industry organizations like MPI PCMA or ASAE to expand your network and uncover new opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with operations and revenue teams to ensure client needs are clearly communicated and flawlessly executed.
  • Keep sales action plans and CRM systems up to date using data and insights to stay one step ahead of market trends.
  • What We Are Looking For :

  • Proven Large Group Sales Success : 5 years of experience selling large groups in full-service hotels shows you can handle the pressure and deliver results.
  • Goal Crusher : Prior sales responsibility of $2M demonstrates your ability to consistently hit targets.
  • Market Knowledge : Experience in the current market helps you hit the ground running.
  • Tech Fluency : Experience with or Marriott CI / TY ensures you can navigate our sales tools with ease.
  • Road Warrior : Willingness to travel 25% of the timebecause relationships are built face-to-face.
