• Perform and supervise lab testing and analysis
• Ensure compliance with CAP, TJC, and OSHA guidelines
• Manage inventory and control departmental waste / expenses
• Troubleshoot lab equipment issues and coordinate solutions
• Participate in staff training, competency assessments, and quality improvement
