Summary
The Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for the Government on a base-wide electronic security maintenance contract and will be empowered to make timely management decisions on behalf of the Contractor. The PM is responsible for oversight of day-to-day operations, ensuring contract compliance, addressing customer concerns, and coordinating project deliverables.

Responsibilities
Act as the Contractor’s designated representative for all program-related matters.Serve as the primary liaison with the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).Manage the corrective and preventive maintenance schedules.Manage on-contract personnel, including technical personnel.Make operational management decisions independently and without undue delay.Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of project requirements.Provide telephone consultation and in-person support during normal duty hours, with responsiveness to after-hours needs.Ensure all contract requirements, deliverables, and reporting obligations are met.Maintain accurate and current contact information for the PM and alternate for both normal and after-hours coverage.Manage and coordinate personnel assigned to the program, ensuring compliance with performance, quality, and safety requirements.Other duties as assignedQualifications
Must be a Citizen of theBachelor’s degree in business, engineering, management, or a related field preferredActive Secret Clerance requiredFive (5) years of directly related program management experience in government funded security programs within the industryas a Project Manager (PMP or equivalent) or sufficient continuing education to have earned project management certification.Minimum of three (3) years of industry experience in program or project management.Experience in Electronic Security and / or Cybersecurity is preferred.Availability for on-call consultation during and outside normal duty hours.Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
Knowledge of DoD directives pertaining to security operations and industrial securitySkill in satisfactorily dealing with customersStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to read, write, speak, and understand English fluentlySkill in operating a personal computer and standard office equipmentMust have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and Outlook.
