Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic Salesforce Administrator / Business Systems Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This hybrid role involves managing and enhancing Salesforce functionality while gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and supporting system integrations and improvements.

Key Responsibilities :

Salesforce Administration :

Manage and configure Salesforce platform (users, roles, profiles, permission sets, objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, etc.)

Perform routine platform maintenance and support data integrity

Collaborate with developers and QA teams for feature rollouts and system enhancements

Support data migrations and conduct mass data updates as needed

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues

Business Systems Analysis :

Gather and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders

Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements leveraging Salesforce capabilities

Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories

Collaborate on testing efforts including UAT coordination and validation

Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications :

4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or BSA working with Salesforce

Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, security, and user management

Experience gathering and documenting functional and technical requirements

Proficient in generating reports, dashboards, and data analytics within Salesforce

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have :

Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201)

Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud

Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence

Exposure to Apex, Flows, or integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Workato)
