A CEO of a large nursing home organization is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and financially savvy Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive executive, financial, and administrative support. This role goes far beyond traditional assistant duties and requires someone with strong bookkeeping, finance, and asset management experience who can maintain accurate financial reporting across complex LLC structures and support high-level business operations.
Responsibilities Include :
- Managing day-to-day executive communications, scheduling, and priorities
- Processing bills, payments, and maintaining accurate financial records
- Acting as liaison with the accounting team and ensuring accurate tracking across multiple LLCs
- Maintaining financial reporting and bookkeeping across complex structures of LLCs and investments
- Tracking capital contributions, distributions, and key financial movements
- Monitoring cash flow and the financial health of portfolio companies; escalating concerns when needed
- Project managing the tax preparation process with several accounting firms
- Overseeing documentation and reporting for ongoing and new business ventures
- Handling personal financial matters for the CEO (mortgages, bill payments, documentation)
Ideal Qualifications :
Prior experience as an Executive Assistant to C-level leadershipStrong background in bookkeeping, finance, and asset management (required)Ability to work with financial documentation across complex entity structuresExtremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh level of discretion, integrity, and professionalismComfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-stakes environmentSalary : $150k / Year
