What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and implement short- and long-term mine and land plans, including overburden strategies and land option analysis
- Provide operational support through budgeting, management systems, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Deliver engineering and construction services to enhance operational efficiency and mine layout
- Prepare timely progress and cost reports, and manage project completion and closure processes
- Participate in hands-on learning across quarry operations, including mine planning, safety, equipment evaluation, and process optimization
What Are We Looking For
