Position Summary
Reporting to the Manager, Financial Consolidations and Planning Applications, the Financial Systems Analyst will support the overall administration of the OneStream platform including metadata updates, enhancements, and system maintenance; also assisting in the administration of currently implemented solutions and supporting future solutions and enhancements. This position plays a key role in expanding the Company's use of OneStream cross-functionally to enhance overall Corporate Performance Management.
Hybrid works schedule including 4 days in site office and 1 day from home office.
Essential Responsibilities
Essential Responsibilities of the role :
- Support acquisitions, integrations, and data quality processes (validations, mappings, transformations, confirmations) from source systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) in OneStream
- Maintain OneStream application and deployed solutions across all environments (Production, Test and Dev.)
- Maintain business hierarchies, workflows, transformation / business rules, etc. in OneStream
- Coordinate and execute OneStream system upgrades throughout the year
- Develop and maintain documentation over key process and controls used to support standard and multiple custom solutions (Daily Cash, Transfer Pricing, Tax Provisioning, etc.)
- Develop and maintain input forms and dashboards in OneStream to facilitate data collection and validation for budgeting and forecasting processes
- Develop report views (OneStream Cube Views) to facilitate various reporting needs (GAAP, management, etc.)
- Develop reporting packages / books in OneStream to automate the distribution of formatted financial information for executive stakeholder consumption
- Assist in end-user training sessions of OneStream functionality and team cross-training
- Provide user support and conduct "deep dive" analysis of data in OneStream when anomalies are identified
- Collect and interpret business requirements for new OneStream solutions or enhancements
- Participate and / or lead in the design, build, training and roll-out of new solutions
- Troubleshoot end-user issues and provide 1st line of support
- Periodically participate in OneStream training programs, user groups and conferences to further develop OneStream skillset and knowledge

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information SystemsExperience with financial analysis, reporting and / or planning and understanding of finance systems and business processesExperience with multidimensional tools (OneStream, HFM, etc.) and data integration managementKnowledgeable of General Ledger Systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)Advanced proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPointEssential Skills

Equal Pay Act Range
Annual Salary Range $90,600 to $135,400 Plus Benefits and Incentive Plans.
