Salary : $21 / hr

Accounting Representativeneeded in theVirginia Beachoffice. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing excellent customer service and have keen attention to detail.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of accounts receivable experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and extremely thorough work ethic.
• Must be adept using Microsoft Word and Excel and previous Avid accounting software system a plus.

CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS

Self-motivated, detail oriented and reliable.

Can establish relationships quickly and easily with a diverse group of people.

Has a high energy level and great customer service skills.

Goal oriented and results focused.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

Accurately code and enter / process all money.

Research and update / adjust accounts as needed.

Compute, classify, record, update and verify data for use in maintaining accounting records.

Receive and verify invoices and reimbursements for goods and services.

Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.
