Office Facilities Manager
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
Manage facilities, including vendor relationships, maintenance, and office supplies procurement.
Coordinate office seating arrangements and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Assist in budgeting and tracking expenses related to office and facility management.
Support event planning and execution for internal meetings and company gatherings.
Act as the primary point of contact for building management and external service providers.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of office infrastructure, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, landscaping, and general building upkeep.
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repairs, maintenance, and upgrades which includes the oversight of after hours or weekend work, as required.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Manage facility-related budgets, track expenses, and negotiate service contracts.
Respond to facility-related emergencies or employee needs and resolve issues promptly.
Interact with local jurisdictions and building-ownership regarding property updates, repairs, and invoice reconciliation.
